Complaint and return

We want you to be satisfied with your purchases from DesignWerket. If that's not the case, we'll accept items for return or exchange within 14 days. Just make sure your things are in the original condition and include all labels.

Your refund will be issued to the same credit card or deducted from the invoice that you used for the original purchase, within 5-10 working days.

You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to DesignWerket. Things lost in transit will not be compensated. Please send us the tracking number of the parcel. Please note that you cannot address the return by mailed letter. 

Instructions:

  1. Please fill in the return slip that is enclosed with the shipment.
  2. Send us an email, and you will receive a return number that is valid for ten days, and we must receive the return within this time.
  3. We will contact you by e-mail once your request has been received and checked.
  4. Remember always to send the product with outer wrapping to prevent damage to the original package.
  5. Wrap the package well to avoid damage.
  6. Attach the return specification in the return package and send it to us.

NOTE! Returns sent to us without approved return confirmation or complaint number will not be accepted.

Private persons have a 14-day right of withdrawal/exchange of the ordered product when shopping online. This means that you may return unused, undamaged products with unbroken box/seal/technical sealing. If a product has been used or handled incautiously, so that it no longer can be sold as a new product, you are liable for compensating the webshop for the decrease in value of the product. You may need to open the packaging to be able to examine the properties and function of a product, in which case the packaging should be opened as cautiously as possible and be returned together with the product.

The right of withdrawal does not exist for goods which are not prefabricated and for which the manufacturing requires an individual selection or identification by the customer or which are precisely tailored according to the personal requirements of the customer. Sealed goods which are not suitable for a return due to reasons of health protection and hygiene in case their seals have been removed, sound and video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging in case their seals have been removed, goods that rapidly deteriorate or become too old, perfume and the like which have been opened, newspapers, magazines or illustrations with the exception of subscription contracts.

If the product has a defect when opening the package or faults occur on the product, private persons have the right to complain during a total of 6 months from the day the packet was received. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time and no later than two months after the fault has been discovered.

Private persons exercising the right of withdrawal shall pay the return shipping. If the product is defective, we will refund the return shipping cost as well as the amount paid for the damaged or wrongly delivered product, provided that we are not able to repair or send a replacement product within a reasonable time.

A return or complaint number must always be enclosed. Returns and complaints without an approved return- or complaint number will not be accepted.
